If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept returns and issue refunds/replacements. Please read the information on this page for guidance and instructions on returning your products.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:

  • Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition.
  • Any item where the return request is initiated more than 3 days after delivery. 
  • Products purchased on sale, offers or using discount codes.

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, a nominal reverse shipping fee of Rs. 200 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount.

if your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at Shop no 7, Rafi Mansion, 28th Road, Near Gurunanak Park, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050. In such cases, reverse shipping fees will not be charged.

What if I have received a damaged product?

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a replacement request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order. Please support all replacement requests with relevant images, for us to process this faster.

What is the process to return a product?

  1. We request you to submit a return / refund request by emailing us on on sales@htohshop.com or whatsapp on 9820076226.
  1. If your location is eligible for reverse pick up, we will initiate the same for you and email you the shipping label to be pasted on the return parcel
  2. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners for reverse pick up. Please arrange for the parcel to be shipped to HIIH

  3. Once the product reaches us, our operations team will inspect the product and approve the refund/replacement. Please allow 2-3 working days for this.
  4. Once a return is approved we will inform you & initiate your refund/ replacement process

In case of replacement,

A replacement will be sent out within 3 working days

In case of refund,

  • For prepaid orders, please provide us with your banking details for us to initiate a transfer. This takes us about 3-5 working days to process.
  • For Cash on Delivery Orders ( COD ), you will receive HtoHshop credit points equivalent to your refund amount, which can be consumed within 1 year from date of refund initiated.

What about the refundable amount?

For Prepaid Orders

  • Banks charge us a nominal fee, depending on your credit card merchant. This charge will be the only deduction for prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery Orders

  • You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases. The value of Store Credit will be equivalent to the cost of product after deducting COD fees charged to us by the courier partners.
